Terms & Conditions – Up&Uploons815

Welcome to Up&Uploons815. By booking services, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they help ensure a smooth experience for your event.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

  • Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • Remaining balances must be paid by the due date listed on your invoice.

  • Unpaid balances may result in cancellation of services.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 2 weeks or more before the event are eligible for a refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued only in accordance with our posted Refund Policy.

3. Custom Work & Materials

  • All balloon décor, styling, and installations are custom-made for your event.

  • Once materials are purchased, design elements are non-refundable.

  • Up&Uploons815 reserves the right to adjust colors or materials if a specific product is unavailable, while maintaining the agreed overall style.

4. Changes to Orders

  • Any changes to colors, designs, themes, or quantities must be requested at least 7 days before your event.

  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

5. Delivery, Setup & Access

  • Clients must ensure clear access to the venue at the scheduled setup time.

  • If the client or venue is unavailable or late, setup may be delayed or canceled without refund.

  • Additional fees may apply for early morning, late-night, or extended setup times.

6. Outdoor Installations

  • Balloons are sensitive to heat, wind, rain, and outdoor conditions.

  • Up&Uploons815 is not responsible for weather-related damage, fading, popping, or early breakdown of décor.

  • No refunds are issued for weather impacts.

  • The client is responsible for selecting a safe and suitable setup location.

7. Safety & Liability

  • Balloons can pose a choking hazard. Children should be supervised at all times.

  • Once installation or pickup is complete, Up&Uploons815 is not liable for injuries, damages, or accidents related to balloon décor or displays.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, venue conditions, or third-party interference.

8. Pickup Orders

  • Clients are responsible for safe transport of balloon items after pickup.

  • Up&Uploons815 is not responsible for popped, damaged, or deflated items once they leave our possession.

9. Rentals

  • Any rented items (backdrops, stands, props, etc.) must be returned in original condition.

  • Damage, loss, or theft may result in additional charges.

10. Photography & Marketing

  • Up&Uploons815 may photograph your setup for marketing and portfolio use.

  • If you prefer not to have photos taken, please notify us in writing before your event date.

11. Right to Refuse Service

Up&Uploons815 reserves the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions, inappropriate venues, or situations that compromise our staff or equipment.

12. Agreement

By booking with Up&Uploons815, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Refund Policy
