​Booking & Payment • A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. • Full balance must be paid prior to event setup. Setup & Delivery • We require clear access to the event space for setup and teardown. • Outdoor décor is weather-dependent; we are not responsible for damage due to wind, rain, heat, or other uncontrollable conditions. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Retainers are non-refundable but may be applied to a future event if rescheduled within 6 months. • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Photography & Marketing • We reserve the right to photograph completed décor for promotional use. • If you do not wish for photos to be used, please notify us in writing before your event. Latex Allergy Policy • Many balloons are made of natural latex, which may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. • If you or your guests have a known latex allergy, it is your responsibility to inform us before placing your order so we can recommend suitable alternatives (such as latex-free or foil balloons). • We cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions if no notice is given in advance. • Latex balloons will not be substituted unless requested prior to booking. 1.Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of [$100] is required to secure your date. Remaining balance is due [1 day] prior to the event or at event. Late payments may result in cancellation of services or future bookings.
2.Delivery & Setup
Standard delivery includes 20 miles from Rockford. Additional mileage will incur a travel fee. Please ensure the event space is ready for setup at the agreed-upon time. Delays may result in reduced setup time or additional charges.
3.Balloon Longevity
Balloons are affected by temperature, weather, and handling. We cannot guarantee longevity once the installation is complete. Outdoor setups are subject to environmental risks such as wind, heat, or rain.
4.Safety & Responsibility
Balloons are not toys and may pose a choking hazard. Adult supervision is required around children. Client assumes full responsibility for the safety of all guests regarding balloon décor and props.
5.Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking if rescheduled at least 10 days in advance. Cancellations within [7 days] of the event forfeit all payments made.
6.Damages
Once decor is set up, the client is responsible for any damage or loss of materials. If rental frames, stands, or equipment are damaged or missing, replacement costs will apply.
7.Expectations VS Reality
Amazon set ups or Pinterest are great “references” for balloon designs and visions. Your artist strives for original designs and works to exceed your expectations. On request, a Canva design can be illustrated to show the planned setup. Additional elements such as props, vinyl, mylar balloons, etc. are always a possibility, at additional fees.
8.Photography & Marketing
Up&Uploons815; and Kristin Lewis Photography reserve the right to photograph balloon installations for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your event featured, please inform us in writing before your event date.
